Mohsin Chalets
The Mohsin Chalet & Rumours Restaurant is located on south western of Perhentian Island (Small) in hilly area called “Long Beach” (Pasir Panjang). This 25 bedrooms chalet, 1 unit of Dormitory and One restaurant with overlooks white sand beaches and a blue lagoon abundant with fish and living coral, and offers a prime location from which to witness the island's stunning sunrise. Long Beach is only a 5 minute walk from the chalet. With the property located in the hub of diving center in Perhentian Island and 21 Kilometers from Kuala Besut Jetty while well known with its blue roof from the seaside view.

LOCATION: Perhentian Kecil Island- Long Beach. Should you be coming to Long Beach on a speed boat, Mohsin Chalets would be located at the left end of the beach. You could walk up to the chalets via Cempaka Chalet, a passage besides Lily Chalets and also via an entrance in the middle of the beach. There is also a small passage from Rock Garden chalets which will bring you straight to the Mohsin restaurant.

ROOMS: - 6 Eagle Rooms - (4th Level - Top) - 8 Albatross rooms - (3rd Level) - 8 Seagull rooms - (2nd Level) - 3 Sandpiper rooms - (1st Level - Bottom) - 1 Dorm (1st Level)
The two rooms located at the top most are with A/C. The rest of the 23 rooms are equipped with a standard fan and a attached bathroom. Water pressure for showering is surprisingly strong compared to the other chalets. The dorm's have 20 double decker beds which could cater for 40 people.

FACILITY The restaurant serves local, western cuisine and also barbecue sets for dinner. TV with cable is also available at the restaurant. Electricity is supplied by generators(12pm - 4pm, 7pm-9am). Clean towels are available for free for a deposit of Rm40 (USD13). Laundry charges are Rm8 per kilogram. Checkout times are at 11.30am.

SEASON'S CLOSING - Monsoon Season Mohsin Chalets has been the only chalets opened during the monsoon season. However, there will be irregular boat transfers due to the lack of tourist during these times as all the other resorts will be closed for the monsoon season from 1st November until early February .
